FOR PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZERS AND INTERIOR DESIGNERS
Workflow Review
Find out what is creating extra work behind the scenes and what needs to change first.
I’ll review how your client process, tools, manual steps, and team responsibilities work together, then give you a prioritized plan for improving the areas that need attention.

Maria is amazing to work with. She can bridge the gap between business needs and processes to make a more efficient process that actually works for the business. She is able to do this with very little explanation of what the business is and needs.

Reset Solutions Consulting
The work is getting done, but only because you keep connecting the pieces.
A client books, and you still have to remember to create the project, organize the files, send the next email, and update the team.
Important information is divided between your CRM, inbox, task manager, Google Drive, calendar, and text messages.
Your team can complete the work, but they still need to ask you where information lives or what should happen next.
Your tools may be working individually, but the process between them is not clear.
Nothing feels completely broken. It simply takes too much checking, remembering, and following up from you.
You do not need to rebuild everything. You need to know what is causing the extra work.
Changing platforms or adding another automation will not solve the problem if the process itself is unclear.
The Workflow Review takes a step back and looks at how client work actually moves through your business.
We will identify:
What is already working
Where information is getting lost
Which steps depend too heavily on you
Where responsibilities are unclear
Which manual tasks are necessary
Which repeated steps could be simplified or automated
What needs to be improved first
What I can review
Your Workflow Review includes one primary client journey and up to two connected operational areas.
Depending on your business, we may review:
Inquiry and consultation
Proposal, contract, and payment
Client onboarding and preparation
Project setup
Dubsado or HoneyBook processes
ClickUp organization
Google Drive and file organization
Information moving between tools
Team scheduling and assignments
Project handoffs
Client follow-up
Repeated manual tasks
Zapier automations
Task ownership and responsibilities
You will identify the areas causing the most concern in your pre-work questionnaire. I will use that information to determine where the review needs to focus.
What is included
Detailed pre-work
You’ll complete a questionnaire about your current client process, tools, team, and the problems you are noticing.
You can also share screenshots, links, forms, process documents, or examples that will help me understand how the work currently happens.
60-minute working session
We’ll walk through your current process together, discuss what is happening behind the scenes, and identify where the business is relying on extra manual work or owner involvement.
Independent review and analysis
After our call, I’ll examine the connected steps, tools, information, and responsibilities before preparing my recommendations.
Prioritized written action plan
Within seven business days, you’ll receive a written plan explaining:
What is working
What is creating unnecessary work
Which gaps need attention
What should be addressed first
What you can improve yourself
Where hands-on implementation may be helpful
30-minute results call
We’ll review the recommendations together so you understand what needs to happen, why it matters, and what your next step should be.
How the Workflow Review works
Step 1: Complete your pre-work
After booking, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire and instructions for sharing the information I need.
Step 2: Meet for your working session
We’ll spend 60 minutes walking through the client journey and operational areas included in your review.
Step 3: Receive your action plan
I’ll complete the independent analysis and send your prioritized written recommendations within seven business days.
Step 4: Review the results
We’ll meet for a 30-minute results call to discuss your recommendations and answer questions about what should happen next.
You will leave knowing what to address first.
Instead of changing several things at once, you’ll have a clear order for improving the way your business runs.
Your recommendations may include:
Clarifying a client-process step
Creating a consistent project-start checkpoint
Deciding where information should live
Reducing duplicate data entry
Improving a team handoff
Assigning responsibility for a repeated task
Connecting tools more effectively
Removing an unnecessary manual step
Documenting a process that currently lives in your head
Identifying where automation would actually help
The goal is not to add more systems. It is to make the systems you need easier for you and your team to follow.
Your backend feels harder to manage than it should.
Client setup still depends on memory or repeated manual work.
Your tools do not match the way your business actually runs.
Your team keeps asking what happens next.
Onboarding, follow-up, or project tracking feels inconsistent.
You want to delegate, but the process is not clear enough to hand off.
You know the business needs better systems but are not sure what to fix first.
You do not need another tool. You need a clearer view of how the current process is working.
Is the Workflow Review right for you?
The Workflow Review may be a good fit if:
Several parts of your business feel harder than they should
You are repeating the same manual steps for every client
Information is stored in too many places
Your team still depends on you for project details
You are not sure whether the problem is your process, tools, or responsibilities
You want to improve the business before purchasing or rebuilding software
You need a clear plan before deciding what to implement
The Workflow Review is not a complete CRM setup, ClickUp build, automation project, or SOP package.
It is the diagnostic step that helps you determine what needs to change before investing time or money in implementation.
Already know exactly what you need help with?
You may not need a complete Workflow Review.
The Business Consultation is a private 60-minute consultation for business owners who can identify the specific question or problem they want help working through.
Choose the Business Consultation when:
“I know what the problem is. I need help deciding how to fix it.”
Choose the Workflow Review when:
“Several things feel disconnected. I need help finding the real problem and deciding what to address first.”
